2. Nature of the service

Orvellianroyalestate organises and promotes free-entry social tournaments. Participation through this website does not require an entry fee, deposit, monetary stake or paid buy-in. The website does not provide cash gambling, withdrawal services or real-money betting.

Any casino-style terminology used on the website describes the presentation or tournament format only. It does not create a right to gamble for money or receive cash winnings from Orvellianroyalestate.

3. Event availability and registration

Event capacity, times, locations and formats may change for operational reasons. A submitted registration request does not guarantee admission where capacity is limited, eligibility requirements are not met, or an event is changed or cancelled.

Participants must provide accurate information and follow reasonable event instructions, venue requirements and published tournament rules.

4. Participant conduct

Participants must act respectfully toward organisers, venue staff and other participants. Harassment, threats, cheating, deliberate disruption, misuse of registration systems or attempts to manipulate results may result in removal from an event or refusal of future participation.

5. Rankings, results and decisions

Leaderboards and results may be published for community and tournament administration purposes. Obvious clerical or technical errors may be corrected. Organiser decisions on scheduling, rule interpretation, eligibility and event administration are final to the extent permitted by law, subject to any applicable complaint or consumer rights.

6. Website content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, graphics, layout and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial use. You must not copy, scrape, republish or exploit substantial parts of the website in a manner that infringes applicable rights.
